Do you offer third party plugins or themes with SaaS and Cloud hosting plans?

SaaS and Cloud plans do not come pre-loaded with any third-party plugins or themes like the KTS plans. 

But unlike the KTS plans, these plans allow third-party plugin and theme installation.
