I don’t see HTML Editor.

Check the following points (in no particular order);

• Is  the TinyMCE HTML editor enabled in Settings > Site administration > Plugins > Text editors > Manage editors?

• Is 'Use HTML editor' set in Settings > My profile settings > Edit profile?

• Whether JavaScript is enabled on your browser
