What data is not contained in a course backup?

Moodle’s course backup feature enables the user to select almost all of the course data for a course backup. However, you should be aware that some data will not be backed up. This data includes:

• Quiz questions  -  They are only backed up if at least one question from their category has been added to a quiz

• Scales - Scales are only backed up if they are used by at least one activity

• User passwords  - Passwords are not backed up when the "Include enrolled users" option is selected
