How do I reset my password for the customer portal?

Your initial username and password are sent to you via email immediately following your initial service/product purchase. If you do not remember your password, go to the website at https://www.vidyamantra.com/portal/clientarea.php  and click on “Forget Password” to enter your email and click on “Submit” button. Your password will be emailed to the administrative contact email on record.

We highly recommend changing your password upon your first return to the customer portal.
