Portal password management

To Update Password:

To update the password and portal login settings for a user, click the “Change password” link after clicking on your or your organization’s name which you’ll find on the right side of the menu bar

Lost/Forgotten Passwords:

If you have lost/forgotten your password, you can reset your password and gain access to the portal by clicking on “Forgot Password” on the Login Page of the Portal. Once you have clicked on ”Forgot Password”, you will be prompted for an email address. If the email you enter here matches with our records, we will email you a link to reset your password which will be valid for 24 hours.
