How can I check my total active users?

You may find the number of your active users/disk usage under Resource usage in your customer portal.

Steps to follow:

1. Login into your customer portal

2. Go to Services > My services .

3. Select the hosting Product/Services to learn about their resource usage

4. You’ll find the number of your active users under Resource usage along with your disk space
