Feature for managing the custom menus

I have a question that how can I manage the custom menu easily?
Ans) As we know from moodle2.x,  moodle provides the custom menu.

New moodle users sometime do face the difficulty to manage it. For easily customizing these menus, we provide a feature named 'Manage  Menu' on the theme settings page of our Premium themes.

So, just navigate to the theme settings page on your Moodle site from Site Admin >> Appearance >> Themes >> {Your Theme Name}
