To create a support ticket go to your Vidya Mantra portal :
- Click on “Open Ticket” in the menu bar.
- Click on "Start a conversation" on top right.
- Then select the concerned department to which the ticket needs to be addressed from the option such as sales, support, legal.
- Enter your ticket details such as:
- Priority- whether low, medium, high, emergency, critical etc.
- Explain the issue in Details.
- You can upload the file related to query too.
5. Then click on “Send” button.
After submitting the ticket, you can login to the support center or check your mailbox for updates after 24 hours.
