How do I create a support ticket?

To create a support ticket login into your customer portal and follow the steps below:


  1. Click on “Open Ticket” in the menu bar.

  2. Click on "Start a conversation" on top right.  

  3. Then select the concerned department to which the ticket needs to be addressed from the option such as sales, support, legal.

  4. Enter your ticket details such as:

  • Priority- choose from low, normal, high, urgent, medium, emergency, critical  etc.

  • Explain the issue in detail

  • You may choose to upload screenshots, provide URLs along with other details

5.Send your ticket.

After submitting the ticket, you may login into the support center or check your mailbox for updates. We never take longer than 24 hours to revert back
